Norfolk Grief Tending – Grief Tending Circle

November 14 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Grief Tending Circle: Saturday 14th November 10am-4pm

You are warmly invited to explore trauma-informed community practices for witnessing, holding and transforming the pain of grief and loss with Carrow House residents, Norfolk Grief Tending. We welcome grief about life changes, bereavement, and childhood losses as well as ancestral, ecological and collective grief.

What To Expect

We will gently travel through each stage of the Grief Tending journey through small group work, circle sharing, and a simple, inclusive ceremony followed by feasting, soothing and integration.

The session will include an introduction to the broad spectrum of loss which includes collective grief (ecological, generational etc.) as well as personal losses such as bereavement and life transitions.

In community Grief Tending, we discover that we are no longer alone, and together we can hold our grief without being overwhelmed. All activities are invitational.

Who Is It For?

This workshop is for anyone struggling with grief or loss, and looking for more hope, healing and peace. Together we create a brave space where pain and loss can be witnessed, held and transformed.
