Norfolk Grief Tending – Heartsongs: The kiss of Heaven and Earth

You are warmly invited to join us for an Autumn Equinox Heartsongs gathering with cacao ceremony.  We sing together for spiritual connection, healing, empowerment and joy and we also turn inwards through intentional silence and meditation.

We’ll be exploring the role of sensual knowing in relation to the divine, playing with the themes of light and dark, heaven and earth, time and timelessness. How do we experience these apparent opposites converging in the human heart?

We’ll enjoy a heart-opening cacao ceremony to help connect us to the love-longing that is the heartbeat of the universe, with words of wisdom from Julian of Norwich.
