Voluntary Norfolk – Understanding menopause for everyone

Will you or somebody you know or love experience menopause? It may be your partner, a family member, a friend or colleague.
Understanding menopause is important for everyone—not only those experiencing it, but also those who may experience it in the future and those who support others through it, both professionally and personally.
The session, led by Diane Danzebrink; founder of Menopause Support, will include the opportunity for questions and answers following the presentation which will include:
- What is menopause and when does it happen? Why does it happen?
- The diversity of menopause and menopause symptoms
- Management options, including HRT. How to offer support
- Menopause and Beyond and useful resources
All are welcome, whether you are experiencing menopause/perimenopause symptoms, have friends or family you want to support or maybe line manage colleagues or support individuals experiencing menopause and want to know more.
There will be refreshments available and all attendees get a copy of the Understanding Menopause booklet.
