NCSUN is a community infrastructure organisation based in Norwich. We connect residents to the right support, first time, without them having to repeat their story. We work across five areas: community support, learning and development, ethical technology, ethical finance, and legal integrity.
Our flagship community programme is the Easton Community Cupboard, a free accessible community resource that has received over 1,400 visits from Norwich residents in almost two years. We run mentorship and community support programmes, a forensic community intelligence system built from thousands of real community conversations, and a Lived Experience Consultancy that pays community members fairly for their expertise.
We believe the people who have navigated broken systems are the experts in fixing them. Everything we build starts from that principle.
Where trust becomes the evidence that changes systems.
