Norfolk Clubhouse

Norfolk Clubhouse is a community based support for those experiencing mental health difficulties. It’s built upon the belief that every person has the potential to grow and lead a personally satisfying life. Members actively participate in and decide what activities and opportunities they want to engage in to improve their mental health and well-doing. Members receive facilitated support through coaching from qualified persons in each specialist area.

Membership is free and open to anyone 18 and over. Prospective Members can self-refer or be referred by a health or social care professional.

Members are supported to learn and develop new and existing skills, social connection, and confidence through holistic coaching to reach their full potential in whatever they decide to do with their life. Peer to peer support is encouraged to value Members’ lived experience.

A key activity of the Clubhouse is building relationships with local employers and community organisations who may be able to offer additional voluntary and paid employment to our Members.
